M80RR Grimshaw Street Bridge Removal – Greensborough, Melbourne
Industrial Demolition Services specialist bridge demolition expertise was recently utilised for the removal of the Grimshaw Street Bridge.
As part of the Big Build M80 Ring Road project in Greensborough, IDS was awarded the contract to remove both the Grimshaw Street bridge. IDS worked around the clock, within the rail corridor shutdown on the Hurstbridge Line, to complete this crucial piece of work to keep the Grimshaw Street interchange project on track.
The upgraded Grimshaw interchange will allow through traffic to pass under Grimshaw Street and will include two new underpasses to create safer journeys for pedestrians and cyclists.
